RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
At Bethel Provision, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. RETURNS
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, depending on your preference.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Must include original packaging and tags
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Digital/downloadable products
- Final sale or clearance items
- Personalized/customized products
2. EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect item received

3. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@bethelprovision.com with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if damaged/defective)
- Wait for return approval and instructions
- Ship the item to the provided return address
Important: Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- Item is defective
- Wrong item was shipped
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval/rejection
- Approved refunds are processed within [5–15 business days]
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your card provider
- Then contact us
6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of:
- Product
- Packaging
We will resolve it via replacement or refund.
7. LATE OR MISSING RETURNS
Returns requested after the allowed period may not be accepted.
